The bread and butter skill of the Necromancer - Cursed bone magical attack - where with full buff, without the summoners buff are being usually used without a delay (maybe max 0.2 secs cooldown delay). But on this server with EVERY SINGLE possible boost (buffs, dyes, boss jewels, talismans, agathions, skill enchants, rebirths and every single boost that comes to your mind) still has more than half a second cooldown time with 1900 casting speed. When you turn on Enlightment, you get 2400+ casting speed, but STILL no smooth nuke spam!! Its really hard for mages to farm.
Hello Kaze, once again thank you for another question and I will answer to you as simple and transparent as possible in this case as well.
Before buying this server, I myself was a player like you, I have played many versions of Luna and always felt that everything is SUPER balanced compared with many other servers now let me explain you why.
On our server most of the skills will be really hard to enchant because Mastery can be only achieved in 2 ways, RAIDS and Fortress Epaulets.
But why ? Why would it be so hard to make a skill + + +, well it's simple because the skills will work, when they are enchanted they will go in, now the big plus here for a NECROMANCER which has tons of debuffs is that the debuffs that the Human Mage has will go in like CRAZY, you can ask any Human Mage who played on Lineage2Dreams before, how damn imba they are when they are enchanted and geard up.
Now you might ask your "What does this have to do with me ?", well for a viable balance to exist, they have to Lose something to gain something, we can not let the Human mage benefit from all the super strong debuffs without reducing something.
Another issue is that on our servers, I do not know if you have tested and read what our medium items give as complete set, all of them have a very low casting speed increase, here where Epics and High Tier or End game Tier comes in play, at the same time, please try to go if you have the patience raise a char so you can have SP, enchant a few of your debuffs because you have access to unlimited Mastery during the Test, and you will see that Human Mage is almost unbeatable.
